We offer two fantastically frenetic fun classes for boys and girls aged 7 to 14 years. Sessions are a non-competitive, inclusive and an exciting introduction to fitness fundamentals such as athletics, gymnastics, bodyweight movements and strength training, whilst also playing exciting fast-paced and fun co-operative games.
All sessions are delivered by friendly, highly-trained and passionate instructors.
Detailed SUPERSTARS fitness development curriculum underpinned by the 10 recognised general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
PRIMARY AGES 7 TO 10
40-minute classes
1 – 2 instructors per session
Comprised of warmups, physical and mental skill work, fitness training and fun games
Includes but is not limited to fitness-based workouts, athletic training, strength and conditioning training and co-operative games designed to test all ages and abilities
Exercises are often “scaled” based on ability, so no child is ever left feeling they cannot achieve their goals
Children are encouraged to express themselves, work as a team and leadership is heavily promoted
Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but encouraged not to, to allow children to explore their independence.

Leadership activities on how to work cooperatively with peers, what it means to be a leader and what should be valued
Parents encouraged to drop off and allow children to explore their independence.
